About Kelly:
Kelly is a Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK) and Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Her approach to health and performance is shaped by both her academic training and her background as a competitive athlete.
She competed in golf at an international level and as a varsity athlete at UBC, experiences that built a strong foundation in discipline, resilience, and high-performance training. Today, Kelly continues to stay active through strength training, triathlon, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
In addition to her work in performance and general fitness, Kelly has a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain. With training in pain science and a compassionate, evidence-based approach, she helps clients better understand their pain, gradually return to movement, and rebuild confidence in their bodies.
Kelly also has an interest in supporting the aging adult population, with a focus on maintaining strength, mobility, and independence. She believes that building muscle and staying active are key components of healthy aging and works with clients to develop safe, effective, and sustainable exercise routines.
Kelly is passionate about helping individuals build strength, move with confidence, and improve their overall quality of life. She takes an individualized approach to support clients in reaching their goals in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
