For all new clients. During this 50min appointment, we will take health and exercise history, discuss goals, test your range of motion and strength. Depending on history and goals we might be able to fit in some training as well. Doing an assessment allows me to make sure you get the most out of future training session.

Personal Training

Exercise rehabilitation and active recovery support for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Treatment focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, rebuilding strength, and helping you safely return to everyday activities and exercise.
